Description

MuchBoost 2.0 EcoBoost  Upgraded Turbocharger with Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel and Enlarged Turbine Wheel. It is based on a genuine BorgWarner turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100% P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Ford Galaxy II, Mondeo IV, S-Max, Jaguar XF, XJ, Land Rover Evoque, Freelander II, Volvo C30, C70, S40, S60, S80, XC60, and V60 with the 2.0 EcoBoost 203-240HP engine.

The turbos deliver up to 172% of stock power (147HP extra) which means it could be perfect for a faster daily driver, to gain some additional power.

We have developed 2 modification options that allow you to reach anywhere from 300HP to 350HP.

MuchBoost 2.0EcoBoost 300

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated ~300HP at the crank. List of modifications:

• Precisely machined seal plates and compressor housing,
• More efficient and larger Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Upgraded journal bearing system that allows the turbo to hold more boost,
• Clipped and Lightened Turbine Wheel,
• Genuine BorgWarner compressor housing,
• Genuine BorgWarner exhaust manifold,
• Genuine BorgWarner bearing housing,
• Original actuator,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

MuchBoost 2.0EcoBoost 350

Upgraded turbochargers with an estimated potential of ~350HP at the crank. Modifications compared to the 300 option are the same except:

• Enlarged Billet Compressor Wheel,
• Larger Turbine Wheel,
• Precisely machined exhaust housing,
• Reinforced actuator.

Other significant modifications

In order to reach that level of power, you need to adjust your fuel, exhaust, and cooling systems as well.

Matters you should be aware of when placing your order.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
   4. If you didn`t find the turbo you need, feel free to contact us. We are able to perform many more upgraded turbochargers than you can find on the site. Our development department works permanently on the new models.
