BMW N54 Build – 473 WHP with Full Supporting Setup

BMW N54 Build

The BMW N54 platform remains one of the most popular choices for high-performance builds, and this project from Cyprus shows why. The car achieved 473 WHP, which translates to around 550 HP at the crank.

The foundation of the build is the MuchBoost hybrid turbo upgrade designed for the N54 engine. These turbos are built to handle increased boost pressure while maintaining efficiency and reliability.

To support the turbo system, the car received a comprehensive set of modifications. This includes a large front mounted intercooler, upgraded fuel system with a high-capacity fuel pump, improved ignition components and a range of cooling upgrades to manage temperatures under load.

The engine itself was also refreshed with new injectors, seals and supporting components. This step is often overlooked but plays a key role in ensuring long-term reliability in high-performance applications.

Additional upgrades such as improved intake piping, charge pipes and sensors allow for precise control and consistent performance.

This is a complete build where every element works together. The result is strong, repeatable power and a setup that can handle demanding conditions without compromise.
