MuchBoost 2.0TDI Upgraded Turbocharger with a Custom Billet Compressor Wheel and a Clipped Turbine Wheel. It is based on an original Mahle turbocharger, which means that the installation is 100%P&P. The turbocharger is meant to work with Volkswagen Transporter T6, Multivan T6, and Campermobil with a 2.0TDI 110/150HP engine.

The turbo delivers up to 227% power (140 extra HP) over the factory specs. It is a great choice for someone looking for a bit extra HP from their daily driver. MuchBoost turbo allows you to get more from your engine and enjoy it even more than you’ve been so far.

Details on the construction of the turbo:

• Genuine compressor housing,

• Perfectly calibrated VNT system + dynamically balanced. We use a modern VISCOM flow bench and Schenck balancing machines,
• The compressor and turbine wheels are balanced separately, and then the whole core is high-speed balanced using VSR balancing machines at speeds similar to the level seen in the vehicle.

Other Significant Modifications

To fully utilize the potential of this hybrid turbo, we recommend upgrading i.a. fuel, exhaust, cooling systems, and the clutch. Individual ECU remapping is the foundation.

1. 1. The warranty is 12 months without the limit of mileage.
   2. We need around 2 weeks to perform and ship the upgraded turbocharger. In some complicated cases, it may take up to 3 weeks. Please realize that the turbo upgrades require precision. Especially, the machining process takes a lot of time. We don`t cut the corners. Thank you for understanding. The parcels in the European Union are shipped via DPD for just 25,00 EURO. UPS is used for orders besides the EU, it costs 99,00 EURO and 49,00 to the UK (DHL). The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.
   3. Every parcel is fully insured.
